However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help and you can choose to exchange or return the products.

Cancellations Policy

In case of any discrepancy we can cancel any of the orders. A few reasons for cancellation from our end usually include limitation of the product in the inventory, error in pricing, error in product information etc. We also have the right to check out for extra information for the purpose of accepting orders in a few cases. We make sure to notify you if in case your order is cancelled partially or completely or if in case any extra data is required for the purpose of accepting your order.

If the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. 

Return Policy

All the products purchased from B.K. Saraf Jewellers are covered by our Exchange and Return Policy.

To ensure you are confident about your purchase, we have an Easy Returns and Exchange Policy, which ensures that you are in no doubt before placing an order at B.K. Saraf Jewellers by ensuring that if you have any problem with the jewellery piece, you can choose to return it back and claim refund or exchange within the policy time frame and in accordance with the provisions of the policies of B.K. Saraf Jewellers.

You have 2 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused a, in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase of the item with you. Provide the invoice/guarantee card into the package for return process. Without the above, returns will not be processed.

Customers should not return the product before receiving a confirmation mail from us about the same.Our courier partner will collect the order from the address provided by you and will get it back to us.

The process for initiating the process for raising a return / refund request is:

  1. Please login with your credentials and visit the My Account section.
  2. Select the order you want to return and click on “Return/Exchange” and follow the instructions on this page to obtain a Return ID. Kindly email an image of the Product and the invoice for our reference.
  3. At the time of creation of this return / refund request, please specify the preferred mode of refund i.e. either the User’s bank or wallet.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. 

Where a User had opted for a combination payment option of payment via User’s wallet and through their bank account for payment towards the purchased Products, B.K. Saraf Jewellers will process all refunds into either the same source as was made by the User at the time of making the payment or will process the complete payment into the User’s Bank/ wallet as will be chosen by the user at the time of making the refund request. Once the amount is refunded into a User’s Bank/ Wallet, it cannot be further transferred to any other bank account or encashed and would continue to remain in the User’s Bank/ Wallet until exhausted for shopping on the Application.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.

B.K. Saraf Jewellers reserves the right to alter and enforce this Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy at any time without having to serve a prior notice on the User. However, B.K. Saraf Jewellers will notify the Users of any change in the Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy by posting a notice on the homepage of the Platform.

Once the return or refund request is successfully processed, the amount excluding the shipping fee, taxes or any other fee charged by us shall be credited into the registered bank account of the customer within a period of 30 working days from the date of completion of processing of the return request.
